Research at Worcester Polytechnic Institute

April 2013, Due to her interest in cardiac research, Gordon visited Biomedical Engineer Dr. Glenn Gaudette at his medical research laboratory at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where stem cells are delivered to heart tissue to regenerate damaged cardiac cells. Gordon was able to take photographs of magnified cardiovascular tissue used in this research.
