Embodiments

December 2012/January 2013, “Embodiments,” solo exhibition at La Specola (Florence, Italy), the oldest scientific museum in Europe. This museum holds the world renowned anatomical wax collection created in the late 1700’s. Gordon’s exhibition is inspired by this historical collection, and contains sculptures, collages and videos which explore the human body from a medical and metaphorical point of view.
